For the theater production The Shadows Next to the Parasol, an educational backpack was developed to deepen its impact and bring the stories of Hania’s Jewish community into classrooms. The backpack was designed by Bettina Frank, a theater maker and educator with extensive experience creating educational tools for theater projects, and Katarina Adamara, a primary school teacher and theater pedagogue from Hania who has worked with theaters and festivals in Greece and Germany.
